Festival Refund Policy
Rain or shine, all sales are final with the exception of the festival being cancelled. No other refunds will be provided, including for changed personal circumstances.
Lineup is subject to change and cancellation at any time without notice or compensation. Refunds will also not be owed in the event that a performer cancels.
We express our deepest thanks for the continuous support to those who purchase tickets. In the event of cancellation due to Force Majeure or any unexpected events beyond the reasonable control of the organization, ticket holders may:
– have their ticket(s) rolled over to the next edition of the festival scheduled for the following year
– convert their ticket purchase to a charitable donation to assist NLFB during this challenging time (a charitable receipt would be provided for 100% of the amount paid for the ticket(s))
– those who wish to obtain a refund may do so upon request up to 6 months after cancellation, the amount less any service fees if the provider chooses to retain them will be refunded
Tickets for events outside of the festival or partial festival cancellations will be reviewed on a case by case basis by NLFB to determine whether or not to authorize refunds. NLFB’s staff & Board of Directors will assess the situation, and public announcements will be made.
If a patron proceeds to purchase tickets for the Festival, the patron is deemed to have accepted the foregoing terms and conditions regarding NLFB’s refunds policy.
