Applications for the 2024 edition are now closed

Whether Retail/Promo, Food, Artisan or Non-profit/Community – all play a very important role in our festival. Our vendors and exhibitors help to promote the creative spirit in our community and make our festival a popular destination for people each year. Your participation also allows festival goers the chance to support local artisans and merchants.

We welcome and encourage artisans, retailers and food vendors, both local and from across Canada. This is an excellent opportunity to sell your goods and gain exposure. We are the longest continuously running festival in Canada – attracting 10,000 – 15,000 happy people to the festival each year.

Note:  All vendors are required to bring their own tent, tables, and chairs, as well as lighting, extension cords, hoses if applicable.

 Food Vendors – Full Fest $650 + HST – Booth Space 10′ x 10′  (One 110 volt, 15 amp circuit incl.)

 Food Vendors – Full Fest  $1000 + HST – Booth Space 10′ x 20′  (One 110 volt, 15 amp circuit incl.)

 Food Vendors – Full Fest  $1400 + HST – Booth Space 10′ x 30′  (One 110 volt, 15 amp circuit incl.)

Additional Power (One 110 volt, 15 amp circuit) $50 + HST. – For additional power requirements

Special Event Food Service Permit Application

All Food vendors must complete an application and submit it to the Sudbury and District Health Unit. A copy must also be provided to NLFB. There is no fee for this.
