Annual General Meeting: Nov. 22, 2016

Northern Lights Festival Boréal invites you to the 2016 Annual General Meeting
For 45+ years, Northern Lights Festival Boréal has been Northern Ontario’s premiere music and arts festival and a strong advocate for Sudbury’s artistic community. We invite you to join us as we begin our next year by reviewing the last year and helping us to determine our course for the milestone year to come.

  • Greater Sudbury Public Library, South End Branch, 1991 Regent St
  • Meet & Greet at 6pm
  • Meeting begins at 6:30pm (estimated to end before 8:30pm)

The agenda will include elections to our board of directors, a review of the previous year and approval of finances for 2015-16.
It will also include a small component on the vision for 2017 and beyond.

Please note that only active members have voting rights for this meeting. All memberships dated to expire this year will expire before the AGM. Memberships are available for purchase or renewal online (below) or by getting in touch with our office. We will also be equipped to process these payments on site at the AGM (cash, credit, cheque).
